How I can find the rules and regulations for starting a food company based in the house?

He tells me I am a good baker and could sell my goods. I behold him, but I do not know where to start, since they are the laws relating to doing everything in my house I live in PA. Any advice would be appreciated.

In most jurisdictions, all commercial food at least in part regulated by the Department of Health and is a good idea to start with them, if there are laws specific food service companies. After that, you probably have a business license and perhaps a change in zoning of houses residential areas are generally not commercial areas (you may be able to avoid this area if you decide to use their deliveries by private car and customers do not come to your door). Check with local economic development agency to see if they have any kind of help you can provide.
