Is there a legal requirement for selling sweets at home?

I started a confectionery company in the home (UK) and wanted whether there are legal requirements in relation to food sold in the home? The sweets are so loose and I do weight / measure and then the bag before posting. I used the Internet trying to find the answers and print various items, but they seem to be related to the manufacture of articles from scratch, kitchen, etc, and sell them, then certificates mentioning kitchen hygiene articles, etc. are not perishable, this law would apply? Thanks in advance

You may need planning permission large scale if you need a healthy diet records in the environment that is free. Hygiene conditions will be minimal (but not absent) that will face low-risk products (depending on the nature of the product) You have to use a weighing device as fit for use for trade and will be subject to inspection or less each year (low risk again) www.tradingstandards.gov.uk has a series of booklets on the line and you can also contact your local office through a search by zip code labeling depends on product and how it came to the general public. You have less than labeling by selling directly instead of through retailers. Prompt with EH and TS - those are the possible ingredients, name and address, expiration date, weight (metric yet, Imperial may be secondary - Despite the misleading comments in the press)
