I read a lot of BS in line in this regard. I know several people who are rich do. However, I am really confused about how this case. At present, I think you should already have a lot of money or property to do so in commercial real estate. These prime locations and large construction are very expensive. I have little money to start and do not want risk much of what I have. Is it possible to start small in this case? If so, how? TIA for any help!
