Good home business to start?

My husband and I are thinking about moving to the country, the city is about 45 minutes - 1 hour drive, and is very small city, not many workplaces, except Wal-Mart or the grocery store ... and I do not want to spend an accountant / bookkeeper (I currently do) to work at Wal-Mart. While tried to think of a good home business based on what I could do, and when we have children that I can be home with them. I am looking for a home business, and not an employee another person ...
